Me and my family had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is excellent just few steps to a beautiful beach where you can watch and feed turtles in their natural habitat (Turtle beach).
The staff were outstanding throughout my stay. Everyone was warm, welcoming, professional, and always willing to help with a smile. Exceptional customer service.
The food was absolutely fabulous. Plenty of delicious options to choose from.
I highly recommend this hotel to anyone and would definitely stay here again!

Breakfast was great, loads of food and choices, hoppers with chicken curry were my favorite, staff were extremely helpful, the room was large & roomy
the place is old and needs an update, the room had small bugs constantly flying around - I did not keep windows or doors open. Do not come here if you need secure internet - I paid for my own secure internet so I could get some work done - it just refused to work in the hotel and surrounds. The hotel wifi worked fine but I cannot use an open unsecure network for work purposes.
