About this house rental
The water off Nagashima is incredibly clear, the sand is beautiful, and the sunset over the ocean is truly magical. Since the ocean is right in front of you, in the summer you can just change into your swimsuit and head straight to the beach.
We’ve renovated this traditional house and made it beautiful☆
All rooms are Japanese-style, and the layout is a 4DK (6-jo, 6-jo, 4.5-jo, 4.5-jo, and kitchen)☆
We provide futons for bedding, so you can sleep comfortably, and once you put them away, you’ll have plenty of space to enjoy the room♪
Since you have the entire house to yourself, you can relax and enjoy your stay with family and friends☆
There’s also a counter, so if you have children and are using the stove, you can cook while chatting with them over the counter☆
The counter has blinds, so you can close them if needed☆
*Please note that this facility is approximately 80 years old, so the hallways and rooms may be slightly slanted, and the fusuma and shoji may be difficult to close. Since the buildings in this area were constructed on sandy soil, the ground is soft and has subsided, causing the buildings to lean.
Please be aware of this before staying with us.
・There is a parking lot right next to the facility, so you can park cars and motorcycles there.
・By car: It takes just under 1 hour from Izumi Station to Beach House Obama.
・By bus: It takes about 1 hour from “Izumi Station” to “Onsen Center-mae.”
