One flight up to our open concept living, dining and kitchen area with cathedral ceilings and adjacent private queen-bedroom with plenty of closet space. Living area has stylish leather furniture and a flat screen TV for entertainment. Fully applianced, galley style kitchen with granite top breakfast bar or seating at the dining table. Great workspace and high speed internet for the remote worker and lots of natural light from patio doors and several overhead sky lights. Our little balcony offers morning sun and a place to share a cup of coffee with a partner. Lots of windows for Maine fresh air enjoyment or two room style AC units for extra cooling on rare occasions. Our favorite getaway for most of the year where the sound of church bells, a distant train whistle and the charm of New England awaits!

What a amazing place to stay right in the heart of Kennebunk. Impeccably clean an extremely comfortable. Property manager was excellent. Property manager was excellent you can walk to almost everything great restaurants and an amazing bakery, right out the door steps away. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone that wants to go to Kennebunk Maine.

We had the opportunity to stay in Richard and Carol’s beautiful Kennebunk condo for 27 nights this summer. It was perfectly located, a short block off the center of town, and in walking distance of a variety of shops, restaurants, two coffee shops, and a great bakery that offers a variety of delicious croissants, pastries, breads, coffee, and other beverages. The condo itself is located on the second floor of a two story building. It is an attractive open concept space with kitchen, living room, and built-in desk/home office area, all with high ceilings, lots of windows and skylights, as well as sliders to a small deck with seating for two. It is in great condition and well equipped for preparing meals. It has A/C in both the open space and bedroom. We should also note that Richard was quick to respond to all our questions. Overall, we had a great stay and would highly recommend this unit to a couple wishing to have their own private one bedroom condo in Kennebunk.
