La proximité du logement avec les bus, l'espace offert dans le logement.
L'absence de support pour tenir la pomme de douche en hauteur, vous ne pourrez prendre que des bains :/ Le logement n'est pas exposé Sud, il n'y fait pas très chaud Pour le prix payé, on a eu de meilleures expériences à moindre coût.
