Close to the city centre. Apartment is quite big and looks nice. Bed is very comfortable. There are a lot of facilities (including ear plugs, body balm etc if they add shampoo and shower gel it would be absolutely perfect)
The shower outlet is very poor
There is a tram stop next to the building so sometimes is loud
There is only tiny bin in the bathroom, they should add bigger bin in the kitchen

Clean studio! Sofabed was already made, and comfortable enough.
Apartment was modern and clean
There was a washing machine, which was a life saver since I stayed for one week
The pan and pot didnt work with the stove, I reported it and after 30min a nice guy brought me a new pan and pot that worked. Shoutout to Kristian!
Would recommend unit 4-2 to everyone travelling alone, especially if you plan for a longer stay
Selver and tram/bus stops very close!
There was a weird smell coming from the bathroom, but after one shower it disappeared.
The TV was pretty old, so there wasnt all the streaming services available that I wouldve liked to use.

Расположение неплохое, в двух трамвайных остановках от старого города. Есть большая парковка, но для оплаты нужно устанавливать приложение Europark (иначе никак не оплатить, если нет эстонской сим-карты). Кухонная техника в рабочем состоянии, есть набор посуды, для приготовления еды в том числе. Есть даже стиральная машина, но мы не пользовались. Удобный self check-in и владельцы были на связи в букинге, когда у нас возникли вопросы с оплатой парковки.
Главное, что испортило впечатление: комната очень сильно прокурена. Пытались выветрить запах, но за 2 дня нашего пребывания так и не получилось( спать было не удобно, этот продавленный диван владельцам пора менять. Также удивило то, что комната была не особо прибрана к нашему приезду: стол я протирала сама от какой-то разлитой липкой жидкости. Владельцам ещё бы добавить жидкость для мытья посуды, чтобы гостям не приходилось есть с жирных тарелок.
