Great place, warm visit and a wonderful breakfast prepared by the owner. The cabin quite fitted our family with a teenager, a friend and a small dog :) the jacuzzi worked fine. Hope to get back again once Hermon is open.

We very much liked the originality of this place. It is very well signaled when you get into Majdal Shams. Osama, the host, made sure we found it alright with very helpful messages on the way there. The chalet is really cute and cozy. It had everything, from a little kitchen to 2 TVs (one in the living and one upstairs where you sleep) to bathing amenities etc. You reach the upstairs via a fairly steep stair-slash-ladder and you can not stand upright on the sleeping area. It was perfect for the two of us and might sleep another child upstairs. Also the jacuzzi might come in handy in the winter time. It was still very hot in late September. Breakfast was fine and super timely, Osama went to a lot of trouble to ensure a great stay. He also suggested places for dinner and sightseeing.

It‘s not that we did not like it, but it is a fact that the location is a little bit outside of the village and Majdal Shams is steep! One needs a car here.

The host was great, very responsive and always available to support with information and anything we needed. The cabin is just so beautiful!
