Het balkon met een prachtig uitzicht en de ruimte in het appartement. Locatie was goede uitvalsbasis om de regio te verkennen.
Het interieur was verouderd en aantal was aan vervanging toe. Het was redelijk schoon. Complex is wel gehorig.

1.Der Balkon mit der Sicht auf die Bucht 2.Es war immer Ein Parkplatz in der Anlage verfügbar 3.Das Appartment ist für eine Famillie mit 1-2 Kindern wirklich grosszügig und hat alles was man braucht!
Die Wege in der Anlage sind voll mit Vogelkot was dem ganzen einen Abzug in der B Note gibt. Split Klima in allen Schlafzimmern wäre ein Traum aber das war mit dem Monoblock auch OK
