The apartment was brand new and perfectly furnished. We love that. The location was great relative to where we needed to be.
There was no one at the reception and no instruction were given how to get into the building. So we waited for an hour for somebody to show up and open the apartment. We called the number given to us, but no on answered. We were later told that person was traveling and didn't answer her phone. Eventually another tenant helped us get in.

The location is very good and overall the building is great and the rooms. The staff is nice and helpful. The rooms are great and large enough if you are two people or more.
There were 2 things we didn’t like.
1st was the small parking space.
2nd was the air conditioning. It was able to keep only a temperature of 21 degrees and not any less. It’s not like a traditional AC where you can set cooler temperatures.

Absolutelly the best. Location is perfect - the apartments are one minute walk from the beach , 3 minutes walk to the centre , small bakery a few seconds from building and till 5 minutes all the best restaurants in Pomorie . Apartments was extremelly clean , cleaned all day included towels exchange , by friendly ladies , Appartments - small kitchen , bathroom and living room fully equiped by all , what is needed during the holiday . Helpfull staff , all day available . We will return :-)
