Peaceful, well stocked. Very spacious. Plenty of deer squirrels and birds. Could hear the ocean.
Small problem with ants. Wish the actual beach was a little closer.

Coffee was provided, no breakfast. House is well furnished for up to 5 people. Communication was great. Would gladly stay there again.
No problems. It took a little fiddling to figure out the heat and bathroom light, but everything worked fine.

Everything was shut off when we got there. Had to read the book to figure out how to turn on heat, ect

Clean, comfortable, well provided kitchen, and lots of bath towels
It was advertised as close to the beach...but a one mile walk is not close, and being mobility challenged I found it a huge disappointment. Not to mention false advertising.
I understand a cleaning fee, but $75 per day is greedy .....plus it was not included in the advertisement. Another instance of misadvertising.
