You pay for what you get.

The location to the beach, the price, they had games and puzzles available which was so nice. Super clean condo and the large balcony was great!

The pool needs updates, some broken items at the pool, the indoor pool was sometimes warm and most of the time cold. The stairs and walkways to your condo were super slippery when wet even caused my husband to fall down the stairs with my toddler. (They do have signs indicating slippery when wet) The condo needs maintenance, the bath tubs didn’t hold water due to the plugs being broken, the stove one burner didn’t work, we cooked breakfast and the smoke alarm would go off at the tiniest bit of smoke and the amount of decorations. I’m all for a cute condo but countertops and nightstands were not usable due to all the decorative items placed on them. Overall for the price it was good just needs minor maintenance to be great!

Unit 414 was Dirty, unkept and disapointing

Furniture was comfortable, and decorated cute, however it is in need of some upkeep and a MAJOR cleaning.

The first morning there I noticed how dirty the master bedroom bathroom floor was. I used a washcloth to wipe it and it was black! AND urine all around the toilet. Nasty. Then I noticed that the shower curtain (where you pull it back to enter the shower) was filthy. I don't think it has ever been washed in between guests. Then I looked around and the curtains in the master bedroom were also very dirty and stained. There was white something dripped on the bedskirt, and the other bathroom shower curtain was the same,filthy, including the bottom. Black dirty and stains.I went down to the office and they could not help me. I emailed seacrest and they said someone would be there to clean but no ne ever showed up. I tried 5 times to get help and no one would help me. That is horrible and I will never stay there again. ALSO it is NOT ocena front!

The location was perfect balcony view was everything an my kids loved the indoor pool.

No issues with property but as for the bed pillows they are like bricks😂🤣

Beautifully decorated condo in an excellent location.

The location was excellent. I appreciated the beach towels, beach wagon, and use of chairs and umbrella on the beach.

Check-in should be a little earlier or check out should be a little later. I understand the need to vacate for cleaning but it really cut us short on time in the unit on arrival date and departure day.

Way better than the pictures. Great property Don’t be deterred by the orange coach pics… they are updated! On the beach, beautiful sunsets and rises on the porch

Only criticism from us is the pillows were like rocks. Used the couch’s to make them semi-not rocks 😂

The location was ok.

It wasn't Oceanview nor ocean front. Both of the bathroom tubs were strain. The apartment had a seafood odor in it, the refrigerator was not working properly, and the couch overs were not clean. The sofa couch had sand in it when we pulled the couch out. The floors weren't all so clean. Oh, in the first bathroom, the fan didn't work. Just 😔.

This was the most comfortable and welcoming condo I’ve ever rented. Everything was perfect down to the last detail.

Won’t recommend Vacasa managed property or stay at another unless changes are made.

Unit should have been as promised. Maintenance guy for owner showed up with no prior coordination and entered the residence. On the morning of checkout, cleaning crew entered the residence with no knock or warning at 9:35AM, checkout was at 10AM. No excuse for such intrusion.

Kitchen floor was so filthy, we had to mop it twice when we arrived. The mop had cobwebs on it, so what does that tell you.

The apartment was not clean, furniture had holes in it, bottom of shower was black, wall stained and something stuck to the wall in kitchen with hair on it. Didn’t stay, requested refund and got all but $141 back. Not sure why I was charged that fee when we didn’t stay.

It is badly in need of an update. The throw pillows were dirty and stained. The lamp had a huge stain on it. The nightstand drawer was broken so when you open it, it falls down. The queen bedroom had the nightstand and lamp in the closet so you had to open the closet door to use it! Not at all like the pictures!
