Communication went very good.
We hopped that the keys could be collected near the apartment, but instead of that, we had to go to the total opposite part of the town to collect them. Keys collection was arranged approximately 4km far from the apartment itself that put us in additional expense. Also, since the payment is made in cash, we were asked to give a bit more money than it was stated on our booking reservation (approximately 1-2 EUR more per night).
