Overall the stay was nice. Great views of the Lake but the deck needs to be updated badly. The Unit also had an old dingy smell that some air fresheners could easily have take care of.

The coffee grounds were left in the coffee maker from the last time it was used and there was mold growing on it. The overall stay was good however there is a strong musty/mold smell.

Very clean and convenient location. Second time staying here and was as expected. Only issue was with the ice maker.

Boat lift leaked, and is too far back in the slip, because they have filled 7' of the slip in. Door handle broken, mirror in bedroom broken, exterior door does not close all the way in master bedroom, floor is unlevel in kitchen and 2nd bedroom. Messaged property manager on 1st day of stay about boat lift leaking, never got a reply in the 9 days I was there. There are designated parking spots, multiple times we were not able to park in our designated spots because of other vehicles being parked there. Smoke smell from condo below us.
