    Nice clean hotel, hard to contact front desk as phone is quite busy… otherwise a great place to live, free parking is a big edge if you have a car

    We booked this place for 7 nights, thinking it will be a great stay. Little did we know that it turned out to be terrible. The customer service was absolutely nonsense. We requested adjacent rooms and we got 10 rooms away, yes - it was available upon availability but even when there was availability, they refused bcs the cleaning guy ‘credit hours’ would get affected. 2. The house cleaning lady would enter into the room with guests inside, without permission. Wouldnt even change sheets if not asked, no toiletries at all if not requested and english was a big problem. 3. 5% room service charge above all menu for in dining and even in the restaurant. The breakfast also had very less variety.

    I had a wonderful stay at Courtyard by Marriott . The hotel was comfortable, clean, and in an excellent location. The staff were very friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout my stay. A special thank you to Yaman, who was exceptionally kind and professional. He was always helpful, attentive, and made us feel very welcome. His excellent service really made our stay even more enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would be happy to stay here again when I visit Baku. ❤️
