Limpeza. Localização muito próxima do centro da ilha, com vários serviços por perto. Fácil estacionamento nas redondezas. Vizinhança nem se sente.
Muita humidade. Além do esforço do proprietário por manter o espaço limpo e confortável, nos dias de chuva não é possível arejar a casa e fica muita humidade principalmente no andar inferior.

A localização com vista mar. O terraço. Estar junto à praia. O cesto de boas-vindas. O sossego da zona. O estacionamento. A casa com tudo o que é necessário. Disponibilizar toalhas de praia e produtos de higiene. Perto de acessos para outras zonas da ilha. A disponibilidade do proprietário.

Eine gute Lage an der Küste in Stadtnähe, gut ausgestattet komfortabel. In der Nähe gibt es Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, restaurants und einen tollen Aussicht Fels mit Blick auf Ponta Delgada. Von der Terrasse genießt man einen weiten Meerblick.
Der muffige Geruch im unteren Schlafzimmer konnte auch mit dem Luftentfeuchter nicht beseitigt werden. Man kann tagsüber nicht lüften, da es eben erdig zur Straße liegt und sich nicht kippen lässt. Mit einem Gitter könnte man das Fenster schützen.
