WI-FI DOES NOT WORK. The attitude of the staff on this issue. This is the first time we have encountered such an attitude from the staff. We were important and needed wi-fi. In the room description it says there is one. And indeed it is in the room, but there is no internet connection. The staff promised to fix the situation the next morning, then ignored my message for two more days. I wrote that the wi-fi was fixed, but it never showed up. Here are the screenshots. We did not like this attitude to tourists! Also the clothes dryer was broken, some outlets were coming loose and did not make contact for chargers.

1. Wifi didn't work at all. I informed the staff right after I arrived, he said that the technician can come on Monday afternoon to fix it as it was the weekend. Monday evening when I came back it still didn't work so I called again. The guy said that maybe I can try to fix it myself by turning the router off and on. I said I can try but it's really not my job. And that's when he went off at me and started raising his voice saying "don't give me attitude, It's not my f**ing job either, I just work in the office 20hrs a day. If you want I can call my boss and we can give you the money back and you can find somewhere else to sleep." I was so shocked how staff can talk like this to the guest and curse at them. And I'm just a guest, it's not my job to be fixing wifi. And to tell me I can just leave if I don't like it? Horrible. In the end he said he'll call the technician again but of course nobody came and he didn't contact me anymore. I just dropped it because I knew nothing will be fixed. TV also didn't work. I wouldn't be surprised if he lied to me about technician coming. I had to spend my money to buy a prepaid card with data as I spent all of my own data because of this. The guy at the mobile store told me hotels often do it on purpose so that guests come to the stores to buy prepaid cards with data. 2. I was given only one toilet paper roll for a 6 night stay, how is that possible. When I asked the staff he didn't reply to me. I had to buy toilet paper myself. 3. The address link in the booking is incorrect and I was given the correct one only after I couldn't find it and had to ask them. 4. Nobody came to change the towels throughout my whole stay even though staff confirmed they change them every 4 days, I have confirmation via WhatsApp. I was there for 6 nights. I didn't contact him about it because I didn't want to subject myself to another mistreatment.
