Pleasant stay , good for two people

Location of property was perfect along with the staff for recommendation of the area to visit

I expected a bigger room based on picture , room for 4 people is way too small, probably better for two

Great location, but poor facilities.

The location is amazing, right by the ski lift and in the middle of the dolomites. The appartment was renovated and well equiped. There is a big ski room, but beware, it is not heated.

Unfortunately most of the hotel facilities were closed due to some ownership issues. At this premise there is a sauna, a fitness, a kids club a restaurant and a bar, but during our stay in high season they were all closed.

Comfortable stay to enjoy the gorgeous Dolomite mountains

The residence is in a perfect position for enjoying the mountains during summer and considering it is right on the ski lift I assume winter, but I don't ski, and cannot tell. One week stay and we used the car only half of the days and for very short trip to reach nearby regional mountain parks. Plenty of walks even without any car. The view from the apartment is just stunning. The malga Valles Alto nearby will provide superb cheese and diary products and we made it through by eating lunch out and coking in the evening in the small but well stoked kitchen. Clean at the arrival, they allow pets and it has been a memorable holiday for our dog.

The nearby restaurant and bar was closed during our stay, and even though it cannot be put the blame on the residence management itself, it was giving a sense of partially abandoned to the structure which hosts both. The concrete and wood external is showing the wear of the harsh mountain weather and it could do with some cosmetics.

La localización es increíble y el apartamento es precioso con los muebles en madera. La cocina cuenta con los utensilios necesarios. Relación calidad-precio dada la zona donde está es difícil de mejorar. Además no todos los alojamientos tienen un zorro que te visita al final del día.

Un balcone sulle Dolomiti

Abbiamo alloggiato in 4 nel monolocale con accesso al giardino. L'appartamento è piccolino ma sufficiente per tutti, pulito e profumato di legno. Ben rifornito di tutto, a meno che non si voglia cucinare grandi piatti complicati. La posizione è meravigliosa, con una stupenda vista sulle dolomiti. Molto tranquilla ma ben collegata a tutto, usando l'auto. Era quello che volevamo: silenzio, natura e tranquillità. Abbiamo anche ricevuto la visita serale di una giovane volpe e il suo cucciolo. Se cercate vita mondana, locali e movimento, non fa per voi. Cielo spettacolare. Lo staff gentile e collaborativo.

Zwaar verouderd en slecht onderhouden; prijs kwaliteit niet in verhouding!

Het uitzicht (maar dat is ook het enige positieve).

Het complex is zwaar verouderd en zeer slecht onderhouden. De gang naar het appartement rook heel muf. Er was ook een gemeenschappelijke ruimte, maar die zag er ook heel deprimerend uit en was verre van uitnodigend om gebruik van te maken. Het terrein eromheen zat vol met kuilen en was slecht onderhouden. Afvalbakken puilden uit, waardoor de vossen veelvuldig op het terrein naar etenswaren zoeken. In het appartement was kookgelegenheid, maar de pannen waren niet geschikt om te koken. Ze waren wel magnetisch (gecheckt bij de receptie), maar alsnog een ei koken lukte niet omdat de kookplaat de pan niet accepteerde. Volgens de vermelde faciliteiten hadden er een "eethoek buiten" en buitenmeubels aanwezig moeten zijn, maar we hadden maar 1 tuinstoel voor 4 personen. Toen het toiletpapier op was, kregen we bij uitzondering een rol toiletpapier en werd ons verteld dat het geen hotel was (volgens de voorwaarden zou dit inbegrepen moeten zijn). Er was er ook een aannemer bezig in een ander appartement en deze begon al vroeg met werkzaamheden. Ook zeer slechte timing om dit in het hoogseizoen te plannen. Dit gaf ook de nodige overlast. De appartementen zijn sowieso erg gehorig. Al met al, geven de huidige foto's en reviews op Booking.com geen goed beeld van de werkelijkheid en ik wil toekomstige bezoekers hiervoor zeker behoeden. De prijs is veel te hoog voor wat je ervoor krijgt. Het was absoluut niet vergelijkbaar met alle andere accommodaties die wij in deze prijsklasse bezocht hebben. Dit was zelfs nog bijna de duurste van onze hele vakantie. Wat ook heel apart was dat we borg moesten betalen, die we aan het eind weer terug kregen (dit hebben we nooit eerder via Booking.com moeten doen). Al met al een enorme tegenvaller. NIET BOEKEN DUS!!!

Ubytování naprosto splnilo mé očekávání. Bylo zde vše co potřebuji ke krátké dovolené. Pro lyžaře fantastická poloha při

Skvělá lokalita, moderní interiér, plně vybavená kuchyně, české programy v televizi, čisto. Možnost příjezdu ve večerních hodinách i po uzavření recepce.

Drobnosti, které neměli vliv na skvělý dojem z ubytování. Např. rozbitá zásuvka u kuchyňské linky, pokličky napasovali na hrnce.

Perfekte Lage für Wanderungen

Die Lage ist zum wandern perfekt und man hat am Abend immer noch eine tolle Aussicht. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer waren gemütlich eingerichtet und sahen genauso aus wie auf den Bildern.

Auf den Stuhlkissen waren ein paar Tierhaare, sonst aber alles top. Etwas verwirrend war, dass die Unterkunft den Namen "Residence Sussy" trägt (steht außen am Gebäude und online)

Abbiamo preso un appartamento al piano terra, accessibile con il passeggino.

Posizione isolata, 15 minuti in macchina da Falcade, ovviamente deve piacere la situazione. Di notte il cielo è stupendo. Appartamento ristrutturato e arredato con mobili in legno perfetta atmosfera di montagna.
