Paradise awaits. This luxurious French Style Villa is a perfect destination for a family vacation or a romantic getaway. Set in the secluded jungle hills right outside of Tamarindo, you can relax and indulge yourself in your own private compound designed by a renowned French architect and designer. Villa Nacara combines a stunning open air living area experience complete with tiled pool, koi pond and dining area.
The property is just minutes away from some of the most beautiful beaches in Costa Rica as well as the vibrant town of Tamarindo and its fine cuisine and lively nightlife and entertainment.
Villa Nacara is situated on a 5,000 m2 (1 acre) plot landscaped with mango and banana trees, Guanacaste trees, royal poicianas and bismark palms.
Professionally decorated the house includes:
- Three separate bedrooms each with a king or queen bed, closet, safe and
private bath.
- A large lap pool to enjoy day and night
- Half-bath and shower near the pool
- A well-equipped kitchen with refrigerator, microwave, oven and
gas stove.
- Entertainment and exercise room complete with stationary bike.
- Fresh water pond with seven colorful koi - they swim for your
attention and a food morsel (kids favorite!)
- Free WiFi internet
- Washer and dryer for your laundry and cleaning needs
- Housekeeping services available for long term guests

By far the best vacation rental we've ever had! This property is a paradise. It sits on an acre of lush, tropical gardens with cactus, bamboo, palms and fruit trees. Very private, yet only 10 minutes drive to Villa Real, 20 minutes to Tamarindo and 30 minutes to some of the best beaches in the world. The pool was fantastic. The Koi pond added to the Zen-like calm. Waking up and feeding the Koi was one of the highlights of my day - so relaxing! The rooms are beautiful, well-decorated and spotlessly clean. Every bedroom has it's own en-suite with outdoor shower. The property manager Miriam was fantastic! So knowledgable, efficient and helpful - more of a concierge than a property manager. We couldn't have asked for more. Very highly recommended!

The house is well represented by photos and is located away from the busy city center but close enough to make it easy to travel into Tamarindo. The hosts and property manager went above and beyond to help with our questions. The water pressure wasn't great but that's was a minor issue as everything else was great. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals, etc.

Great experience at Villa Nacara. Miriam was amazing and available to help with all our questions and booking tours. We had pool service twice and cleaning service once during our 8 day stay. The property had everything we needed to cook, grill, do laundry and just relax! It was close enough to tourist area if we wanted to go there and close to local beaches! Plenty of stores nearby for grocery shopping and a pharmacy and urgent care within 15 minute drive of property. The living/dining area is Al fresco! We enjoyed the outdoor living! We had a little challenge with the sliding doors but otherwise everything worked. The koi pond was nice and the fish were out quite a bit! We loved the privacy and seclusion and all the nature we encountered! The rooms were spacious and comfortable! We wish we were back there! Pura Vida!
