ABOUT THE PROPERTY
The home offers all the comfort and convenience you need during your stay.
Modern furniture and decor, two comfortable bedrooms, modern dining and living rooms, fully equipped kitchen, breakfast bar, laundry area, a spacious balcony with city and sea views and two private covered parking spaces - on the 7th floor of a recently built gated building, located at the top of a slope in one of the most exclusive sector of Santo Domingo.
Wifi, cable TV, air conditioning in bedrooms and all indoor areas, kitchen utensils and tableware sets.
Bedrooms are equipped with smart HDTV, smartset alarm clock radios with bluetooh speaker, drawer dressers, nightstands & lamps with led lights, blackouts & drapes, curtains, premium bedding, full body mirrors and iron/ironning board.
The property has two bedrooms, each with a private bathroom and a half bathroom in the Master Living Room. A Master Bedroom with a King bed and a Second Bedroom with two Queen beds, for a total of 3 in-room beds. Also a sofabed in Living Room No. 2 and 1 rollaway extra single bed (upon request and extrabcost) for a total of up to 5 beds.
The gated tower has 18 apartments, a last generation elevator, a spacious airconditioned lobby professionally furnished and a rooftop with a picuzzi, social areas and a fully equipped gym on the 9th floor.
Also, systems of surveillance that control the access, perimeter and common areas, total electric power plant coverage with automatic transfer and intercom system.

Nice apartment, however a lot of scratches and marks on some of the furnitures , small stains on the walls, and the curtains should definitely be cleaned or changed, small stains (or bleach spots??) on blue pillows . Not as fresh or new as it look in the pictures . Apart from that, very spacious , nice view. Love the windows. Owner communicate on timely manner.
