Beautiful very modern house, beautiful view of mountains and lake surrounded by nature, great space (over 400 square meter), incredible light (all glass windows facing garden), beautiful garden with deck, ping pong table, hamac and orchard, incredibly calm. 5 min to lake, 30 min to mountains. All year round activities: skiing, hiking, swimming, paddle board, waterskiing, wakeboard, biking, wine tasting. Idealistic for family holidays or teleworking. No parties.
The house will amaze you by the space and the light in a magical surrounding. The house has 4 bedrooms, 1 of which en-suite, each can be arranged in double or single bedding arrangement. Gorgeous living-dining room and open fully equiped modern kitchen with view on garden. 3 bathrooms, 2 separate toilets. Chimney for quiet evenings in. Deck and garden furniture. Orchard. BBQ. Lazy Boy hamac. Ping pong. Parking up to 5 cars.
Great in all seasons, to chill out, barbecue, relax in the garden, go hiking in mountains, by the lake, in the vineyards, waterskiing, going to beach, alpine skiing for the day (Verbier, Villars, Les Paccots, Cran-Montana, Nendaz, les Portes du Soleil...) or cross country skiing in untouched scenery. Lausanne (10 min), , Geneva (30 min), Gruyere (40 min), Montreux (15 min), Vevey (15 min), Berne (1 hour)and all the UNESCO Lavaux villages (10 min) are only a short to super short drive/train ride away. Impossible to be bored. For nature lovers. Cultural attractions such as Olympic Museum (5 min), Charlie Chaplin Museum (15 min), Lausanne Cathedrale (10 min), musical festivals all summer such as Paleo, Cully Jazz and Montreux will keep you entertained all summer. Local shops and farmers market nearby.
