The domicile is popular also because of the view from the property over the panorama and the quiet and sunny hillside location. Your villa consists of 2 floors, 5 rooms (from which 3 bedrooms), is 163 sqm and can accommodate up to 8 persons. Smoking is not permitted inside the rooms. An air conditioning ensures pleasant temperatures on hot days. On colder days your villa can be heated with underfloor heating. The entrance is covered and ground level and leads directly in the living room. The rooms are divided as follows:
Ground floor: Living room 15 sqm and with lounge and TV. You have access to the terrace. Dining room 13 sqm and with dinette. You have access to the terrace. Bedroom 30 sqm and with 1 double bed and 1 additional bed at folding bed. You have access to the terrace. Kitchen 10 sqm and with dishwasher, electric cooker (ceramic stove top, 4 plates), oven, refrigerator (freezer), microwave, coffee machine, toaster and electric water boiler. Bathroom 7 sqm and with shower, 1 washbasin and WC. Separate toilet 4 sqm and with 1 washbasin and WC.
