the location was really nice, comfortable bed, equipped kitchen and the iternet works very well. the balcony outside the apartment was really nice, we spend a lot of time there. The Osteria piccola posta really close and very good food

bathroom had some problems, the shower support was broken we had to improvise a support for the shower. the shower curtain was broken, could have more rugs for the bathroom too, as the bathroom was very small, it was easy to get wet and we were 4 people. The apartment being small, I think it has too much non-functional furniture. Missing things in the kitchen like sousplat, and and a toaster would be very welcome The room was dusty, on top of the headboard and side table.

Delightful apartment great facilities super location

As a self catering apartment it was fully equipped and in a beautiful location in the heart of the old town above Locarno. We came by train and it was simplicity itself to catch a number 4 bus almost to the door. It has a great cafe/bar only a spit away where free slices of pizza and bowls of crisps come with your beer or spritz. A perfect place to explore Lorcarno from and a lovely apartment recommend.

We traveled with a car, so it wasn’t difficult to get there, but if you’re travelling on foot or with a bus it could be hard to get there. Anyway, the apartment was great.

Small apartment in charming village

We liked the location in a small charming village that was, however, easy to access from Locarno train station with a bus that does the journey in 10 minutes and circulates every 30 minutes. We very much enjoyed having our own kitchen (note: we had the small one from the pictures but it was functional and convenient). The beds and linings were comfortable. We also had a small terrasse. The host, Kimberley, was friendly and helpful. She provided a few recommendations for restaurants and when we bumped into her at one of them, she helped us communicate with the restaurant owner who only spoke Italian.

The shower was very small. It was ok for my friend and I but we only measure around 1.7 m. I can totally imagine taller people having a hard time. Church bells start ringing at 7 am. We liked it because we planned to get up early anyway but it's probably not the right place if you want to sleep in.

Keine funktionierende Kaffeemaschine-wer hat am Feiertag Nespressokapseln dabei?, Steckdose herausgerissen, klapperndes Geschirr vom Restaurant nebenan bis tief in die Nacht, kein Parkplatz-erst auf Empfehlung der Café Besitzerin bekam man den Tipp, eine Parkkarte in der Gemeinde zu erwerben, in der Wohnung riecht es muffig und es ist mega finster

Tessin immer wieder aber nächstes Mal anderswo.

Die Lage der Wohnung war sehr gut und nahe beim ÖV Anschluss. Das Dorf ist ursprünglich und sehr hübsch.

Leider ist zuviel Feuchtigkeit im Haus daher gibt es einen modrigen Geruch der nicht hinauszubringen war. Das Licht in der Wohnung ist nicht gut genug und die Treppe ist knarrig und gefährlich.

Schöne Unterkünfte in schönen traditionellen Haus. Die Wohnung ist super ausgestattet und das Restaurant nebenan war top.

Unsere Wohnung hatte keine Aussicht. Im unteren Stock war es etwas feucht, war aber ok.

Einrichtung, Duschbrause!

Die Wohnung war eisig kalt. Es waren 16 Grad. Die installierten Heizungen haben nich funktioniert. Die Wohnung ist eher dunkel. Für ältere Menschen, wegen der steilen Treppe nicht zu empfehlen. Das Bad ist wegen der Platzknappheit, eher für schlanke Personen.

gute öV-Anbindung an Locarno, generell sympatische Ausstattung der Wohnung

Die Bedienungsanleitungen der Küchengeräte lagen nicht auf, waren zuhinterst im obersten Küchenschrankfach "versteckt". Eine Leselampe im Wohnzimmer wäre in dieser Jahreszeit kein Luxus. Beleuchtung der Arbeitsflächen in der Küche o.k., aber ausgerechnet über dem Herd fehlt leider die Beleuchtung. Super Restaurant Grotto Al Capon gleich nebenan.
