Apartments reside in Villa Sardinia premises. Location is perfect - it's just in the center of Sveti Vlas, beach is few minutes away walking. Shops, cafes, restaurants - all within short walking distance. You have access to nice private swimming pool next to the apartments. Parking is just in front of the building.
My room was relatively small, although clean and cozy with own balcony facing rear side of the building. I had no sea/pool view, but it was very quiet and peaceful.
The sleeping mattress seemed to be very basic level, being too soft that you can feel the springs with your back. Might be uncomfortable for some guests.
Although the parking was just next to the building you might face the situation dedicated parking lot might be occupied by foreign car when you count on it. I recommend discussing parking topic with the host in advance, if that matters for you.

The apartment was very clean and had all the kitchen appliances that you would need in your day to day life. We were on the last floor and had a sea view from the balcony, which was nice. The host was incredible and made sure we were ok throughout our whole visit. Would definitely come back.
