Although there was some twists in my student verification, the staff team were all very kind and helpful and check-in was easy enough. And the reception is 24h, you can always find the help you need.

I liked it simple but maybe it would be better if there were explanations of the facilities in the building (like a pamphlet or guide page or something). And there was barely any information about their locations on the website or app. I had to ask the front desk and other staff where everything was at first...

Das Personal war extrem freundlich und sofort zur Stelle als Hilfe benötigt wurde. Die Lage ist sehr gut und es lässt sich schnell mit der Metro ins Stadtzentrum fahren. Die Unterkunft organisiert regelmässig Events für die Studenten, sodass man sich gegenseitig kennenlernen kann.

Im Badezimmer hatte es teilweise etwas Schimmel.

- The price was fair once approved for student accommodation. - Clean. The apartment was exceptionally clean and well stocked with amenities.

- The mattress was probably the most uncomfortable I’ve ever slept on. A thin layer of material straight on top of metal springs. You must get a topper for that mattress or invest in a new one. - We had to wait for approval and provide documentation to prove we are full time students. I found this process stressful as our place wasn’t guaranteed. It was only approved 24 hours before check-in so in the event of a ‘non approval’ it would be a costly rejection to then have to scratch around looking for alternative accommodation last minute.
