For Students Only Chapter White City - London - near East Acton Station

Hairdryer regime that requires us to give it back every morning.

The place was very quiet.Very comfortable bed.Utilities were great,we got to wash our clothes, the lobby was very tidy and quiet and everybody was lovely and happy to help everywhere. The bed was super confortable.

The floors were dirty when we first got in the room but after telling that at the front desk they cleaned everything up in 20 minutes. Traffic was a bit loud at night and you had to sleep with the window open because of the head wave so if you go in the summer bring earplugs.

Although there was some twists in my student verification, the staff team were all very kind and helpful and check-in was easy enough. And the reception is 24h, you can always find the help you need.

I liked it simple but maybe it would be better if there were explanations of the facilities in the building (like a pamphlet or guide page or something). And there was barely any information about their locations on the website or app. I had to ask the front desk and other staff where everything was at first...

Great position and public transport links. Good laundry service. Good customer service. Supermarkets within walking distance.

Quite dirty in general. Also, I was given an extremely dirty room upon arrival (stained silverware and glasses, literal poop stains on the wall next to the toilet), which I complained about, and it was thankfully changed. Lacking useful objects in the room (toilet brush, hand soap, rubbish bins) as well as spaces (no dining space, had to use the work desk). Constant smell of weed coming up from the inside garden from the afternoon until evening. Quite noisy, both from the road below and from the other rooms.
