While in a pleasant and renovated district, a short walk will take you to a myriad of trendy shops and boutiques, delicious restaurants, excellent museums and inspiring theatres. Nearby attractions include the Théâtre de l'Archipel, Palais des Congrès Georges Pompidou, the TGV train station and the beaches.
