My husband and I booked Jerry and Cindy’s place for a long weekend with our 3 month old. This spot couldn’t have been better!! Plenty of space for our little family with all the amenities thought out and provided to a t. Their home is conveniently located to everything we wanted to do and they are extremely welcoming and accommodating hosts. If we return to Asheville, we will be staying here again and will certainly be recommending this spot to others.

I greatly enjoyed my stay here! I appreciated the amount of towels, complimentary soaps and snacks/water. Everything was clean and the location was great for relatively inexpensive Ubers downtown. The only thing I would say is that it was not known that this rental is in the basement of your home. The listing did not explicitly state that and therefore we did not expect that to be the case, but it all worked out just fine! Highly recommend this stay!

Jerry is an exceptional host...available 24/7 if needed. He helped us park a small trailer we were traveling with to pickup a trike from Florida post hurricane!. We chose Jerry's because he is close to our son's house and we needed overflow space on Thanksgiving weekend...if we need extra space again, Jerry's is the place to go. The apartment is set up very well with a beautiful view, exceptionally clean, with extra comfy and elegant furniture. The kitchen space is small and efficient...fine for breakfast and snacks. We travel with a service dog, and she welcomed. Location is everything, and this is close to downtown, while having the feel of a mountain getaway! Jerry is definitely king, of his small palace...a perfect getaway,, minutes from downtown...we certainly will use his place whenever we need overflow space. Thanks Jerry for your special hospitality!

This garden-level apartment is perfect for my family of three. It is a short 10-minute drive to Asheville. Quiet location yet close to everything. We love the backyard. It is a little hilly, but we still enjoyed our freebie throwing fun. The kitchenette has a mini fridge, microwave, toaster, and coffee maker. No stove, but we did not need it since we dined out and microwaved our leftovers. The host, Jerry, is accommodating and thoughtful. He made sure that we had a comfortable stay. He supplied this apartment with beautiful selections of teas, coffee, coffee cups, to-go cups, paper plates, and plastic silverware. The bathroom is nice and clean, with like-new white towels and toiletries. The bug spray and first-aid bandit came in handy. I would recommend it to friends who are a couple without kids or with a young child.

We had a very satisfactory stay--this is cleverly renovated basement is just what we wanted; very close to UNCA, where we attended a 2-day conference, and snuck in a couple of visits with our son, who lives nearby. It was great for the 2 of us, and would also accommodate one other adult or child, on the pullout sofa. It does not have a full kitchen, but who needs one, with all the restaurant options in N. Asheville/Weaverville? We were easily able to make simple breakfasts and snacks, and enjoyed going for walks around the neighborhood and lovely Beaver Lake. Also easily logged into Netflix one evening. Very clean and new space, with thoughtful extras, and Jerry was a great host--left us all kinds of goodies when we checked in and always answered messages promptly; we felt well attended-to. Would definitely stay again!

We have stayed in several rentals while visiting our son and family in this neighborhood. This one has been the best of all! The location was perfect for us- close to family, Beaver Lake, and all the places on Merrimon Ave. The owners provided many extra amenities, especially in the kitchen and bathroom, that made our week very comfortable. We will definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to all!

Jerry’s place is fabulous! Great location to get a little bit away from the center of town! Peaceful and private with all the basics you need! Close to town and easy access to head onto the Blue Ridge Parkway. Super clean -makes me want to get home (only to clean my own house )😆!! Such a great getaway, felt safe, & stress-free and hosts were very responsive to any questions! The local welcome treats were great and enjoyed by us! 🤞to be back soon

This place was awesome! Practically 10 minutes from anything you could want to do. It was a great home base to explore the city. The place itself had everything I could need or want located in a quiet neighborhood. The lake a short walk away was incredible as well. If I come back, I would stay here again. Great spot!

This place was great for a weekend getaway with my mom. We enjoyed how close this place is to everything in Asheville, especially downtown. The place was very clean and the owner, Jerry, was accommodating. On our way out the door this morning, my mom and I were talking about how we would like to come back and stay here.
