About this apartment rental
Rent a charming apartment located in a small luxury residence less than 100 meters from the ski slopes, right in the center of the Valberg resort. The apartment is located across from the pool, tennis courts, soccer field, and basketball court. It’s like new—it has been completely renovated with wood paneling that gives it a chalet-like feel. It is a 35m² one-bedroom apartment with an en suite bathroom.
In the living room, the sofa is a sleeper and features an 11cm-thick mattress, providing an extra sleeping space for two. It’s ideal for a family. We provide free fiber-optic internet with a Wi-Fi router and a TV box. We also have a toaster, raclette machine, fondue set, and griddle. The 25-square-meter terrace is perfect for enjoying sunny days. It is furnished for summer with a table, chairs, lounge chairs, a parasol, and a barbecue. A designated parking space in the basement (number 5) is included with the apartment, allowing guests to enjoy walks, activities, and the village on foot! There is also a ski storage room included with the rental during the winter.

C’est la 2ème fois déjà, et on se sent toujours aussi bien et un peu comme chez soit chez vous.
Aménagé avec tout ce que nous pourrions avoir besoin, la terrasse est un espace de vie pour manger ou pour faire farniente, table,parasol, chaises longues, barbecue, le rêve.
A proximité des commerces et du centre ville, les départs en randonnée ou à ski sont au sortir de l’immeuble.
Au calme, la voiture dort à l’abris au chaud dans un emplacement attribué dans un garage fermé au -1.
Que dire de plus, que nous recommandons cette location bien évidemment.
