About this apartment rental
Modernized apartment with an ocean view—about 50 meters from Duhner Beach—right next to the Cuxhaven Thalasso Center (spa/first-class sauna area/fitness center/wave pool), which offers additional amenities: private parking, large smart TV, LAN + Wi-Fi, Netflix, Alexa, radio: CD/USB, and a large double bed (180x200) with new, top-rated mattresses (El Greco) in the apartment. The fully equipped kitchen with an oven, dishwasher, large refrigerator, and freezer, among other amenities, rounds out the apartment’s comfort.
The Accommodation
The bright, modern, and welcoming apartment on the 1st floor (elevator available), measuring approximately 30 square meters, immediately creates a pleasant vacation atmosphere. Unlike functionally furnished vacation rentals, attention to detail has been paid here, leaving little to be desired. Small touches designed for comfort—such as a built-in bathroom radio—set a cheerful mood in the morning under the rain shower.
A sofa and an armchair invite you to read and relax; there’s also a radio (CD/USB-compatible) here, so you can play your favorite music. An Amazon “Alexa” is also available upon request.
To top it all off, you can enjoy a glass of wine on the balcony with a side view of the sea.
The large double bed (1.80 x 2.00 m) with new, top-rated mattresses offers exceptional sleeping comfort and ensures a restful night’s sleep.
Clothing can be stored perfectly in a large closet.
On hot days, a ceiling fan with a remote control provides pleasant cooling.
KITCHEN:
The kitchenette (see photo) includes the following additional features in addition to the basic equipment: Large refrigerator with freezer compartment, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, and a kettle.
BATHROOM:
The well-maintained bathroom features plenty of small storage spaces, a built-in radio, and a beautiful rain shower.
INTERNET & TV:
A dedicated internet connection (50 Mbps, Ethernet + Wi-Fi) provides a high-speed connection, allowing you to use streaming services on the large smart TV. In addition, there is a TV app subscription with over 116 channels—95 of them in HD—including, of course, all major networks.
Netflix included.
The vacation rental is also well-suited for business use.
PARKING:
The apartment comes with its own parking space, located directly in front of the entrance.
BALCONY:
The balcony offers a side view of the sea and is furnished with a table and two chairs.
Thanks to the side view of the North Sea, you’re also sheltered from the wind and can watch ships passing by.
The top-rated restaurant “El Greco,” which is particularly popular in Duhnen, is located right in the building.
