Villa Cecilia is offering a fully equipped kitchen and spacious living area, 4 bedrooms with 4 en-suite bathrooms, a Gym with a Finnish sauna, a summer kitchen, and a dining area next to a private swimming pool 9m x 3,5m, 8 deck chairs, and a lounge area.
The villa Cecilia is modern villa with a lot of natural light through the large glazed window surfaces settled on a land plot of 900 sqm and offers a total of 390 sqm living space.
* The outdoor area offers a private pool 9m x 3,5m (32 sqm) with a hydro massage, 8 deck chairs at the sun deck area next to the pool, a lounge area in front of the living room, and a covered outdoor dining area with traditional barbecue and a TV.
* The ground floor offers a fully air-conditioned, open-plan living and dining area with floor-to-ceiling glass doors. A fully equipped kitchen with all the amenities a modern guest needs for a very comfortable stay (vine cooler, Nespresso, Microwave..), a stylish dining area, and spacious living room area with a flat-screen TV, PS5, free WiFi, with a direct approach to the pool area. There is a separate toilet. A bedroom No1 is located on the ground floor, with a double bed 160cm x 200cm, A/C, TV, a walk-in closet, an en-suite bathroom with a shower, a glass door with pool views.
* The lower ground floor offers a Gym with a Treadmill, a punching bag, weights, a yoga ball, a TV, A/C, a Finnish sauna, and a shower.
* The first floor offers a bedroom No2 with a double bed 160cm x 200cm, A/C, TV, a walk-in closet, an en-suite bathroom with shower, and a terrace with comfortable outdoor furniture and pool views. This was our 1st trip to Croatia and we stayed for 10 days in July 2024. We were a family of 6 (2 adults & 4 teenage children)
The villa was of high spec and well maintained with all the items you would need. The hosts were very friendly and were flexible on our arrival and departure dates.
They also provided some soft drinks/food (e.g bread) for when we arrived, which was very thoughtful and much appreciated after an early start from the UK and the travel to get there.
Only couple of things to mention are
a) the pool is not massive, so depends how much you want to use it and get a "proper" swim
b) the villa was overlooked a bit from the building behind and with a bedroom that was on the front next to the road
Overall though it was a very nice place to stay for the 10 days we were there and was within walking distance (albeit up a steep hill !) of the beach, where you could walk along the sea front to bars & places to eat. The broader area where the villa was located, gave easy access to Split & Omis (via car) for tours, sightseeing etc
We would certainly consider a return visit.

We had an amazing stay! The villa was beautiful and clean. Whilst we were there Martin cooked us an incredible meal with local ingredients! Would definitely recommend staying here!
