Villa STANKA with sea views on Kaštela and Split bay offers a very comfortable accommodation for 8+2 people. Fully air-conditioned, with 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, a gym, playroom, fully equipped kitchen, dining and living area, covered with free WiFi, and amazing outdoor area with private swimming pool with the countercurrent program and attached Whirpool.
Villa Stanka is very well organized, nicely designed, and very bright with a lot of daylight, and all are offered exclusively for you.
The ground floor offers a fully equipped kitchen with dining and living room, sea and pool views from every corner, A/C, smart TV, free WiFi, a sofa that opened in sofa bed for 2, and there is a direct approach to the covered outdoor dining area. Bedroom No1 with king-size bed 180cmx200cm with walk-in wardrobe, A/C, and a TV. A family bathroom with shower and washing machine. Additionally, there are iron facilities in the hall.
An internal staircase takes you to the first floor with 3 bedrooms. Bedroom No2 with king size bed 180x200cm, A/C, en-suite bathroom with shower and exit to a spacious terrace with sea and pool views. Bedroom No3 with king-size bed 180x200cm, A/C, en-suite bathroom with bathtub, exit to a terrace with sea and pool views. Bedroom No4 with queen size bed 160x200cm, A/C, en-suite bathroom with a shower.
The outdoor area of 1.130 sqm is fully fenced with a parking plot for 4 cars. Outdoor offers covered dining area (in front of the kitchen and living room), a barbecue, private 8.2m x 5m swimming pool with counter-current swimming program, with attached Whirlpool 2.5m x 2m (non-heated), spacious sun deck area with 8 deck chairs with pillows and towels, additionally there is also table tennis and few steps bellow takes you to a gym and playroom. It is an airconditioned room with a Multifunctional and Orbitreck machine for your workout with some weights, and next to it is a sofa with a TV, PS4 and some toys for your youngest.

We loved staying at this villa. It had a spacious pool, jacuzzi, gym and a balcony with stunning views. Mladen, the owner, was friendly and helpful. The rooms were of good quality, and were equipped well for a family of 6. The location was also convenient, enabling us to explore Split and surrounding areas. There were minor issues, but nothing that spoilt our visit. We would just suggest the electric gate be fixed and having maid service halfway through a 1 week stay. This really helped when we stayed in other accommodation. Otherwise, we would highly recommend staying in this beautiful villa, if you are planning to visit Split.

The property is exactly as, if not even better than described in the listing. The pictures are a very true representation of the villa and its surroundings. We were there celebrating a special family birthday and made full use of the pool and jacuzzi, table tennis and gym room. Mladen is a great host, extremely responsive to all of our questions, and helped us out by arranging a trip to the Krka Falls, and transfers to and from the airport and into Split as well. We thoroughly recommend this as a great place to stay.

The villa is huge, modern and clean. Beds are huge and comfy, the scenery is amazing. Hills behind you, marina/sea front in front.
Villa host is a great guy, extremely friendly, picked us up and took us to the airport too for cheap. He is also very knowledgable and has contacts for activities.
Would stay here again 100%
