It’s very pretty and well laid out. I was with my two small dogs and the property is well fenced and safe. The hot tub and fire place was good. The outdoor seating areas were plentiful for all weathers.
If you’re a light sleeper I recommend ear plugs. It’s right by the train tracks and you hear the Trains go by. It’s not loud but could wake you up.

We needed a place for 7 adults.
Nina was a good host and communicated well.
She met us at the property.
Bed in 2nd bedroom was not a king bed. Probably a queen bed.
2 single beds in very small 3rd bedroom were too small for adults.
House is suitable for only 4 adults and 2 children.
Location was further from Kiama than we expected although we should have known that from the map.
Ironing board was small and broken.
