Beautiful with many seas to relax inside and out
Lights in screen porch not working. Water pressure low. Some outdoor furniture outdated or old. Rockers on ground don’t rock.

We have stayed at Pink Bird Cottage a few years ago. We love the location on the marsh. Beautiful views and it’s a great beach house.
There was construction on both sides of the house. We’d go outside to sit on the porch and hear saws, drills, and nail guns, from 7:45 am until 4:30-5:00 pm. We didn’t pay almost $3000.00 to deal with that. Also, there are things that need repair in the house. The shades in master bedroom are all barely hanging to windows and they cannot be pulled down. My daughter went to hang a towel on a towel rack in her bathroom and the rack came off the wall. We did fix it.
