Our company carries out electronic invoicing to the customer, therefore, immediately after booking, Italian customers will be asked to provide their residential address and tax code, while for foreign customers it will be sufficient to provide the residential address to complete the customer record.
Tonnina Apartment offers a comfortable living room with sofa bed and a separate kitchen, a bedroom with two single beds that can be joined into a double (photos showing the sofa bed as a double are being updated), and a bathroom with shower and washing machine.

The beautiful terrace overlooking the marina is perfect for enjoying lunch or dinner outdoors, creating a unique and relaxing atmosphere.

Located in the historic center of Portoferraio, the apartment is in the most picturesque part of the town, surrounded by restaurants, bars, and sailboats. Walking through the upper part of the center, charming streets and alleys reveal unique historical landmarks accompanied by breathtaking views.

From mid-June to mid-September, the area becomes pedestrian-only, offering peace and safety for strolls and relaxing moments.

Important Notes:
- minimum age to check-in is 21 (for group of guys, family welcome)
- check-in in our offices from 16.00 to 19.30 and check-out by 09.00; for check-in after 20.00 a supplement of € 50.00 must be paid
- Animals are not allowed
- deposit (mandatory): 200.00 euros; refunded at the end of the stay after having inspected the state of the property (in case it is paid in cash it will not be returned before 3.00 pm)
- bed linen and towels: 20.00 euros per person (to be requested at the time of booking); not bookable on site

Information regarding check-in is sent to the customer 48 hours before arrival, for any need you can contact our customer service on +39 0565963006. For the selected structure, key collection normally takes place at our offices in Portoferraio. Travelers on foot are asked to inform our staff so that we can organize an easier key collection.
