Very nice stay

The apartment is very nice and clean with a comfortable bed. La Spezia Migliarina train station is 20min of walking. Nearby is a great Pizzeria.

A little bit noisy from the staircase and apartment upstairs.

Very comfortable place. I would recommend this place.

The fact that a lot of things were provided in the house, including things like sunscreen, some essentials (e.g. milk, breakfast pastries, granola…). It was also very clean and very spaceous for two people.

Walking from La Spezia Migliarina station was 15mins, and La Spezia centrale was 40mins. As a couple who came to go to cinque terre, most trains didn’t return to Migliarina, and we had to walk extra each time.

Exceptional

The flat is spacious, the bed is comfortable and kitchen has everything one needs for cooking. Breakfast was left for us on the counter/in the fridge which was nice. The owners seem to enjoy restoring old furniture which gives the place a special touch. I loved the bathroom the most. There is a lamp close to the mirror which creates a dim, relaxed atmosphere so taking a shower feels like attending the spa. Lastly, though a bit far from the city center, this was a very good location for catching bus towards Lerici for swimming.

Our stay was fine, the location is fairly ok if you’re coming with a car.

The appartment doesn’t have an AC. I am not really easily bothered, but during heat wave and being in area of hot summers, one should think about getting AC for their guests.

The apartment is very clean and equipped with everything you need. The owner take care to every detail so that you can find almost everything you need. For breakfast you will find croissants, milk, fruit yoghurts and capsules for esspreso machine. The apartment is on the ground floor in a block of flats in a quiet area. I definitely recommend it.

Sometimes there is an unpleasant smell in the bathroom, but the owner tries to minimize this with room air fresheners.

Very confortable appartement : full fournished and very cosy. Just in front a bus stop for reaching the city center. Located in front a bakery, a shop with fruits and vegetales and at 2 min walking from a big supermarket.

Un gioiella a La Spezia !

Ho soggiornato presso la struttura tre notti (dal 25 al 28 luglio) e sono stato magnificamente. L’appartamento è nuovissimo, rifinito nei dettagli sia in termini di arredo che cura estetica. Spazioso , pulitissimo , con una doccia da sogno e un letto matrimoniale comodissimo. La posizione molto buona, collegata e a pochissimo dal centro città. Daniele , host impeccabile. Disponibile, professionale, puntuale e di grande cortesia (merce sempre più rara). Ho vissuto un soggiorno perfetto e senza dubbio , non solo tornerò io , ma consiglierò la struttura alle persone a me vicine. Grazie
