Good location. Both apartments have a nice layout. Nice terrace on the top of the building. Convenient price in September

A bit noisy, perhaps due to the window frames. The double mattress was awful. Although I was traveling with three teenage children, two of them were forced to share a bed. There were additional single beds available, but the staff did not agree to set up a third bed. Once they received the cash payment they demanded, the staff became unavailable for further contact during the entire 4-day stay The kitchen equipment, including dishes and cookware, was about sufficient. However, soap and toilet paper were not supplied in adequate amounts.

If you are looking for somewhere that is a good price but there are things that could be improved then go for it.Spacious apartment 5/10 mins walk to all the restaurants, supermarket 5 mins and 10/ 15 min walk to Port.There is basic stuff in kitchen if you want to cook.Having a washing machine was great.We had read the mixed reviews but decided to risk it and lots of good things about it.

With few basic improvements this place could be great.A kettle would be very helpful and few more glasses as just three wine glasses.The fridge is crap and needs replacing,no door on freezer compartment and couldn't change temperature setting so bottles of water froze!Leaving a very worn out washing up sponge in kitchen not a good idea.

Everything was fine and comfortable. The location was pretty good, around 10min to the main streets of Lipari.

Impossible to connect to WiFi / there was no signal and the breakfast was at a restaurant ca. 7 minutes from the apartment which didn't have a great service and variety to choose from. Some sweets, cakes, coffee, bread with ham and cheese but everything they gave us in the morning was most probably from the day before. Not fresh.
