We stayed at Villa Evkalipt for six days with our whole team for my company retreat💅🏻💅🏻💅🏻, and it exceeded our expectations. This villa is perfect for large groups! Every room has its own private bathroom, which made the stay very comfortable, and there was plenty of space for everyone. The property has several kitchens that are fully equipped with everything you might need, including cookware, dishes, kettles, glasses, and even dishwasher tablets 😍😱🥹 One thing that really impressed us was the laundry room. Not only was there a washing machine, but also plenty of laundry detergent, which is something many vacation rentals don’t provide. It was a small detail that made a big difference during a longer stay. The swimming pool was one of our favorite parts of the villa. We used it every day, it was always clean, and the water was very pleasant. The pool was even professionally cleaned during our stay. The terrace offers breathtaking sea views and became the perfect place for morning coffee, evening gatherings, and taking beautiful photo 🥹🥰 The villa is also great for groups celebrating special occasions or company retreats. Since it is located higher up the hill with few nearby neighbors, we could enjoy music and spend evenings together without worrying about disturbing anyone The host was wonderful very kind, welcoming, and always ready to help whenever we needed anything. Her hospitality made us feel at home!!! Another lovely bonus were the friendly local cats that visited the property every day. They became part of our daily routine and made the stay even more enjoyable🐈🐈‍⬛ Overall, this was one of the best villas we have stayed in, and we would happily return!

The only minor downside is that the villa is located on a hillside, so walking to and from the beach involves a fairly steep climb. However, this wasn’t an issue for us because taxis in the area are inexpensive and easy to get. We usually took a taxi down to the beach and back in the evening, which made it very convenient. Other than that, we had no complaints at all

Прекрасный вид на море с террасы, много места в доме, везде чисто и аккуратно, все спальни комфортные и со своим санузлом

мы праздновали день рождение большой компанией и всем гостям понравились условия, для каждой пары была отдельная комната , огромный плюс за то, что в каждой комнате был санузел. чистое порстельное белье и полотенце на каждого. я хочу отметить что хозяевы очень добрые, гостеприимные, всегда на связи, и готовы поддержать во всех идеях. хозяева учли все наши пожелания. дом был теплый, идеально убран. Виды с виллы очень красивый, видно море) очень понравилось что на каждом этаже виллы есть терасса. Дом оборудован всем необходимым: вся посуда от тарелок до сковородок. Утюг и гладильная доска. Моющие средства. - за это большое спасибо. если вы планируете провести мероприятие здесь, можете быть спокойны, вам не нужно везти с собой много вещей, все будет там.
