The only small issue we had with our unit was that the storm door handle would catch on the keypad lock making it difficult to even access the main door. I reported it and Customer Service and maintenance immediately to modify door handle until owners made a decision as to whether to take the door off or flip it so the handles/knobs were not on the same side as each other.
