It is an ideal location for a beach apartment - right at the seafront, with beautiful views, and in a rather quiet (compared to other parts) area of the village. You can walk to the beach in your swimsuit. The apartment is very cosy and has all you need (except for the bed sheets (!)). There might be some sand and salt on the surfaces, but this only adds to its charm. I would totally recommend this flat.
I booked the apartment being on the road with a toddler from my phone, so I didn't really see that the bed linen and towels were not included. I just assumed they were (as a minimal standard) but some friends from France told me it's rather typical for beach apartments in France not to provide them. Fortunately, they could be included for an extra fee of 15 euros, but it was only one towel per person and pillowcases and mattress cases - no cover sheets, which was rather strange.

La ubicación es excelente !
Falta tal vez un ventilador de más, pero dependiendo también del clima, con uno es suficiente.

Appartement très bien situé a 2 pas de la place, d'ailleurs ça ne devrait pas s'appeler "vue sur mer" mais "les pieds dans l'eau" et le parking privé juste devant le logement. En résumé SUPER

Que es un apartamento muy tranquilo y cerca de la playa.
En general la cama, almohadas muy incómodas, sin sabana, solo la bajera y el relleno del nórdico no lo pudimos utilizar por qué no estaba lavado.
Un protector bastante sucio, con manchas y pelos. Las toallas del baño tampoco las utilizamos, no nos dieron confianza. La cocina bien, pero falta limpieza en general.
