Convenient and quiet place for self service.

Almost everything one may possibly need is available in the apartment, e.g. complete kitchen tools plus all food condiments and food stuff even fresh fruit on a platter. Also all household items from cleaners, disinfectant spray, cloth washing gel, first aid kit, etc. with no extra charge. Many books and games. Big L-shape balcony.

The building and the apartment has seen better days but all functional. No house number on the building, so if you miss the advance instructions by email be prepared to search.

Warm stay in Bavarian Prealps in warm winter

We used this accommodation option as there were no free rooms for winter-holiday period in Austria. Just 40-50 km to nearest ski slopes, if there was no snow in Kampenwand ski area nearby. The apartment and the house met our expectations. And we've got everything we wanted: warm heated apartment, kitchen, parking area, quiet place, dinner possibility nearby in Gasthaus Zum Baumbach etc, We loved our stay, the hosts, friendly people, the food, everything.

Absence of snow in winter time outside. I am not sure if this a fault of the hosts:)

Tolle Aussicht

Lage hervorragend für Ausflüge zu Fuß (zur Kampenwandbahn 100m), Schloß Hohenaschau, Wanderwege ("boarischer Bankerlweg" sehr zu empfehlen!!! ) oder mit Auto/Bus zum Chiemsee, Salzburg, Rosenheim etc. Sehr langer Balkon (ca. 20 m) mit schöner Aussicht auf Kampenwandbahn/Berge mit Grillmöglichkeit, Tische, Stühle, Polster. Vielfältig eingerichtete Wohnung (Wohnzimmer und Schlafzimmer) mit Extra-Küche, 2x kleiner Flur und Bad/Toilette. Alles vorhanden u.a. Mikrowelle, Kochplatten, Wasserkocher, Waschmaschine, Bügeleisen, Fön, Staubsauger, TV, Radio etc. Aufzug und Parkmöglichkeiten vor dem Haus und dem Hotelgelände. W-Lan sehr gut. Sehr gutes Hotelrestaurant bei Bedarf. Kommunikation mit Vermieter über Email/Tel./Booking.com problemlos.

Größere Grundreinigung wäre nicht schlecht (untern Bett, hintern Sofa, Mikrowelle). Aber Rest war sauber. Mülltrennung wird kaum gemacht und wird auch nicht gefordert.

Großzügige Ferienwohnung mit tollem Balkon, aber deutlich eingeschränkter Ruhe

• Großer Balkon: Riesiger Eckbalkon mit viel Platz – perfekt zum Entspannen oder Zusammensitzen, selbst mit mehreren Personen. • Wohnung großzügig geschnitten: Wohnzimmer, Schlafzimmer und Flur sind geräumig und gut nutzbar. • Schlafzimmer mit Balkonzugang: Gute Möglichkeit zur nächtlichen Lüftung. • Komplette Ausstattung: Alles Nötige vorhanden – von Küchenutensilien über Spiele bis hin zu kleinen Extras wie Ohrstäbchen. • Gemütliche Einrichtung: Die Möbel sind gepflegt, wohnlich und machen einen einladenden Eindruck. • Informationsmaterial: Nützliche Tipps und Infos zur Umgebung, z. B. zum Chiemsee.

• Lärm durch Straßenverkehr: Die Wohnung liegt direkt an der Straße von Aschau nach Kufstein – tagsüber viel Verkehr, nachts stören Traktoren und Motorräder die Nachtruhe. • Geruchsbelästigung durch Restaurant: Direkt unter der Wohnung befindet sich ein Restaurant – Essensgerüche (z. B. Frittierfett) und Zigarettenrauch ziehen nach oben. • Sauberkeit ausbaufähig: Geschirr, Gläser und Töpfe waren eingestaubt und mussten vor Benutzung gespült werden. Im Kühlschrank standen noch Reste vom Vormieter. • Abgelaufene Lebensmittel: Im Schrank fanden sich z. B. Senf, der bereits im Januar 2025 abgelaufen war – und ungekühlt gelagert wurde. • Technische Probleme in der Küche: Mikrowelle zu hoch angebracht, kaum bedienbar für Personen unter 2 m. Kochplatten haben mehrfach während des Betriebs unerwartet abgeschaltet. • Badezimmer eng und mit Mängeln: Der Duschkopf war stark verkalkt, in der Dusche gab es Schimmelflecken sowie gelbliche Kalkablagerungen am unteren Rand.

Es war ein sehr schöner entspannter Aufenthalt

Sehr gepflegte, super gut ausgestattete Wohnung mit großem Balkon! Alles was man für einen gemütlichen Aufenthalt braucht, ist vorhanden. Besonders nette Vermieter, die jederzeit zu kontaktieren sind. Sehr gute Lage in einer renovierten Hotelanlage mit Parkplätzen vor der Tür. Seit kurzem hat im Erdgeschoss ein Restaurant eröffnet, in dem man auch zum Frühstücken gehen kann. Absolut empfehlenswert!

Empfehlenswert, ich werde Wiederholungstäter!!!

Das Ambiente dieser Ferienwohnung ist sehr angenehm, es fehlt an nichts bei der Ausstattung der Räumlichkeiten! Parkplätze sind direkt am Haus vorhanden, Check-in ohne Probleme, Fahrstuhl vorhanden und Wohnung ist schnell zu finden. Traumhafte Aussicht, schöne große überdachte Terrasse mit mehreren Sitzmöglichkeiten. Die Wohnung ist mit viel Liebe und Aufmerksamkeit, auch für kleinste Details, eingerichtet. Wäsche und Decken incl. einer Heizdecke sind zur Genüge vorhanden, alle Räume waren sehr sauber. Internet, Fernsehen und Handy funktionierten einwandfrei. Die Küche ist komplett, mit den Geräten in der Outdoor-Grillecke ist es perfekt! Sanitäranlagen waren sehr sauber und es hat reichlich Platz für private Badartikel. Eine Kontaktperson für eventuell auftretende Probleme ist auch schnell vor Ort um zu Helfen. Ich habe mich sehr wohlgefühlt, komme für einen weitern Kurzurlaub sehr gern wieder!! Vielen Dank den Gastgebern, Fam. Ehlers, und bis zum nächsten Mal!!!
