Povolení psi (za poplatek 1000 Kč) Teplo (pokud by radiátory nestačily, byl připravený i přímotop) Dostatek teplé vody Parkování u domu Naprosté soukromí Trocha vybavení i pro děti - puzzle, knížky, postýlka
V okolí není bližší kopec na sáňkování, byl až v delší docházkové vzdálenosti, ale s tím jsme počítali předem.

Przestronny, samodzielny apartament znajdujący się w oddzielnym budynku. Apartament jest położony na pierwszym pietrze. Bardzo czysty, dobrze wyposażony. Dwie oddzielne sypialnie i pokój dzienny z częścią wypoczynkowa, jadalnią i kuchnią. Duża łazienka z wanną. Bardzo sympatyczni i pomocni właściciele.
Dosyć głośno pracująca pompa ciepła położona przy oknach sypialni. Nie był to duży problem ale osoby wrażliwe mogą to odczuwać. W apartamencie dużo skosów sufitu, niektóre mogą być w dosyć zaskakujących miejscach, trzeba uważać aby nie nabić sobie guza.
