Everything was great, the house was clean and comfortable. The only thing that was not so good for us, was that there was no parking area for the car. The rest was perfect. Will definitely recommend it.

During our stay in this building, everything was good, the owner was kind, the unit was clean and with full facilities, suitable for 4 to 6 people, this will be one of the units we will return to when we return to Batumi.
The speed and quality of the elevator and the reconstruction of the side unit bothered us a little, but this is not permanent and was temporary.

This is a very well equipped comfortable appartment. Very clean and very close to the sea. It has beautiful view from balcony. Smart TV in every room. I recommend it to anyone who wants a good rest. Hot called me very often asking if I needed anything.
