Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Always greeting you. Room was clean and comfortable. Whirlpool was hot (not always the case in other hotels).

The breakfast
The dirty elevator, dirty carpets, phone was covered in dust. The overhead light was still covered in painters tape and paper. The tub was bowed in the center and could make someone fall if they lost their balance.
