Good quiet location (even on Saturday), I chose it for proximity to metro line between the airport and bus to Teotihuacán (walking distance or 1 station of other line). Included good breakfast in a cheap restaurant nearby with the owner (and his son and other person) - it is better to speak some Spanish. I went with them also for the dinner to other bistro so it can be interesting experience to be with nice local people. I paid extra for upgrade to an apartman (quite large) so I had good view from windows to the distance (all one wall is with windows facing to the east but therefore it was quite cold in February in the night so I used my sleeping bag). I used a kitchenette for making tea and slicing and eating fruit. I would not be satisfied with a cheap room without window and lock in the door and with bathroom on other floor what I booked (going to bathroom from this room means barking of dogs on the roof just above).

Inside the room it is good enough for undemanding low cost traveler like me but not cozy. Hot water for bathing can be prepared only with electric spiral in a bucket.

The manager of the property was very nice and accessible.

Not enough privacy.

The host is one of the most light minded people I have ever met.

The location and the way it is advertised, you don’t get what expect, I stayed in a nice room on the top but the bathroom was two flights downstairs, I think this should be made clear on Booking.com.
