Maria is a very friendly and welcoming host - thank you! The apartment is lovely and very well located: around 2 minutes from the sea, 1 minute from several nice places to eat, and about 3 minutes from a local grocery store. The area is also very convenient for families with a small child in a stroller, as there are very few steps and almost no significant changes in elevation. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful in the evenings, with no nightclubs or noisy venues nearby. Traffic is also very light at night. The apartment has everything needed for a comfortable stay, including kitchenware, air conditioning in every room, and even some beach items such as an umbrella and toys for children. The front patio is a lovely place for breakfast or dinner when the weather is nice.

There are a few things that could be improved. Some of the kitchenware, bed linen, and towels could be refreshed. The dishwasher did not clean very well, and the cooktop was quite slow to heat up and cool down, with some of the markings worn off. This was a little inconvenient when cooking often for a 1.5-year-old child. The furniture is slightly dated, but everything was clean and in working condition. The internet connection was sometimes fast and sometimes very slow. We also did not find adapters for European-style plugs.

We had a wonderful stay at Pernera Beach 33 and would absolutely recommend it! The location is amazing - the villa is just a 3-minute walk from Polyxenia Beach, which was one of our favorite beaches in Cyprus. It’s beautiful, very clean, and surprisingly uncrowded. Right by the beach, Isaak restaurant and bar is a great place for delicious food and drinks. There are also several other restaurants, shops, grocery stores and a pharmacy just a few meters away, so everything you might need is within walking distance. The villa itself was very comfortable and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The kitchen was fully equipped for cooking, and we really enjoyed the nice outdoor barbecue area. All the rooms have air conditioning and ceiling fans, and the bedrooms have lovely balconies. There was always hot water with good water pressure, the internet worked perfectly, and the TV had cable channels. But what made our stay even better was the host. Very communicative, friendly and always ready to help whenever we needed anything. Overall, it was a perfect place for our Cyprus holiday- beautiful beach, fantastic location, comfortable villa and a great host. We would definitely stay here again! 🇨🇾❤️

The beach near the property was beautiful. The property was newish and spacious.

The main issue was the noise. We slept one night out of the 10 nights we ended up staying (we left early). The reasons for the noise were people parking right outside the villa to go the the NAVA club round the corner and coming back shouting all through the early hours of the morning, dogs barking, mopeds with cut off exhausts driving up and down the street, neighbours banging the doors which echoes like mad. The windows are paper thin and let in all of this noise. Even our teenage children could not sleep. The air conditioning blows directly onto the bed and is rickety and noisy.
