10 min to Arena 8888 Mladost Business Park Apartment

Das Apartment war kein Photofake, sondern genau so wie es beschrieben ist. Man kann es jedem weiterempfehlen.

Auf dem Balkon das Fensterbrett müsste besser befestigt sein. Schade ist es mit der Parkgelegenheit. Esszimmerstühle müssten vielleicht mal ausgetauscht werden. Der Küchentisch wackelt auch sehr. Bei der Wohnungstür müsste man was an der Schwelle machen, man stolpert immer darüber. Wasserkocher läuft unten aus,müsste auch mal erneuert werden.

The apartment is based in a community which is so friendly. There are two supermarkets a short walk to your left as you leave the building and th emetro is 20m to your right with great access into town (25min journey). Apartment is spotlessly clean and comfortable. Little balcony with mountain view is nice. Owner responds immediatley and is very helpful. Best of all there is a fabulous taverna in the communal garden area just below round the corner (you can see it from the balcony). Airport pickup which was nice, and metro to airport on way back - door to checkin in under 50 mins for 1.60 lev. Easy Peasy. I travel a lot and have stayed in several hundred cities around the world. I can highly recommend this apartment.

I struggled with the key lock a bit. Could just be me. I would suggest a door chain so that you coule just use the chain and the top bolt once inside instead of the keylock. I did feel totally safe. A radio would be a welcome addition - tuned in to a local radio station:) A map of the city centre would also be a nice touch if they come free from the tourist board? Finally it would be helpful to mention that the entrance is the second one closest to the metro station - for the taxi driver. These are just suggestions.

A very nice, spacious, completely renovated, quiet and spotless place with well equipped kitchen, mountain view from the living room and nice bathrooms. The location is very convenient - very well connected, only several hundret feet from a metro station and there are two big grocery stores (Hit and Fantastico) in walking distance.
