Wisteria Cottage is a semi-detached cottage resting in Marldon in Devon. The property has one mezzanine style bedroom with a king-size bed and en-suite shower. The living space is open plan, with a kitchen, sitting are and dining area. Outside, there is a front terrace patio with seating and off-road parking is available for one car. Wisteria Cottage is a lovely home from home from which to explore this diverse area of Devon. One well behaved dog welcome please add to booking. Note: From the 1st May through to the end of September, all bookings must start on a Friday

Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off-road parking for one car. Front patio garden with table and chairs. One well behaved dog welcome, sorry no smoking. Shop 1 miles, pub 1 miles, beach 3.5 miles. Note: This property is reached via a number of stone steps. Note: This property has low beams in the bedroom. Note: From the 1st May through to the end of September, all bookings must start on a Friday. Note: Castle Barton Tearooms opening times. We are open 11.00am to 4.30pm on Sundays throughout the year.

This village plays host to a village hall, a pub serving food, a Post Office and a shop, in addition to a number of local businesses. For local attractions there is Babbacombe Model Village, Riverdart Country Park and Woodlands Leisure Park, each situated close by. Alternatively, Torquay can be found within 4 miles, where you explore the array of wonderful beaches, a colourful marina, theatre entertainment and restaurants. Closer to home is the seaside town of Paignton, where younger visitors will be delighted with Paignton Zoo, Splashdown Quaywest Waterpark and the sandy beach with a wonderful pier. Marldon is a delightful base, ideal for exploring the surrounding area.
