La ubicación es perfecta, a pie del centro de Tarifa pero unas callas atrás para evitar el ruido del ambiente Reúne todas las cualidades para unas vacaciones de diversión y descanso.

Super Lage in der alten Innenstadt, sehr ruhig in der Nebenstraße gelegen, kein Autoverkehr, mitten im Stadtleben: Geschäfte, Cafés/ Restaurant, Sehenswürdigkeiten im direkten Umfeld, Wohnung für Gehbehinderte (Wohnung über 3 Etagen mit Steiler Treppe zur Dachterrasse) und sehr große Menschen (Dusche unter der Treppe ist niedrig) eher nicht geeignet, individuell alternativ eingerichtet
Der Sitzplatz auf der Terasse hat kaum Sonnenschutz, könnte mit hübschen Pflanzen und einer Grillecke aufgewertet werden.
