Cozy Cottage with Pool, Jacuzzi, Sauna, and Reading Nook!

Everything was great, it is a really beautiful place with all the amenities you could wish for.

The property was a just as stated - cozy. It was a beautiful countryside location. The accommodations were comfy and peaceful. They were perfect for our celebration of my mother’ 75th birthday trip to Woodstock ☮️

There really wasn’t anything we didn’t like but a few things we found and left a note to share with the host. A few outlets (bathroom & kitchen) were not functioning. When I helped my daughter pack up, I discovered the bed was quite wobbly and may need some tightening. Not big concerns at all.

The house is very nice. Typical vacation house with fire pit and Jacuzzi. Amazing backyard also!!

The kitchen is very limited like small and missing a few things but overall was okay. We encountered a bear outside right by the fire. Run from the trees up all the way down to us like a flashlight. Was the scariest thing in our lives but I really wish someone from the landlords could’ve mentioned as we later found out that is very common especially when they smell food. If you’re staying here please make sure no garbage outside day/night. Also no late barbecues! We’re alive lol

Microwave would have come in handy. Not much of a decor---understandable, as a rental but kind of drab. Lack of towels, one per customer was a bit stingy for a 3 day stay---one washcloth, no hand towel, no towels or dishcloth in kitchen or bathroom. Very pricey for all that was available. No roof over front door, or porch light, left us stranded in the pouring rain at night with door code on paper in hand which quickly deteriorated in the pouring rain, leaving us in the dark and totally soaked thru until we could find code on phone and enter house. Phone soaked as well. Very upsetting and frustrating. Get a porch light!!!!!!!!! Felt it was overpriced for location. Although the name says Livingstone Manor, it is miles away and actually in White Sulphur---wch isn't a bad place, but name is misleading.
