Die Bilder zur Wohnung geben bereits einen guten ersten Eindruck, in der Realität ist die Fewo noch besser, selten eine so gut und vollständig ausgestattete Fewo gesehen. Die Lage in Stadtteil Port Marianne von Montpellier ist sehr gut, die Tram ist quasi direkt vor der Tür, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants sind zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Mappe in der Wohnung mit Hinweisen zur Klimatisierung etc. sowie einer Fülle von Tipps zu Restaurants, Zielen in Montpellier und Ausflügen in die Umgebung ist voller guter Informationen. Da wir viele Fahrten mit dem Auto in das Umfeld, insbesondere ans Mittelmeer, unternommen haben, war für uns der reservierte Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage "Gold wert". Besonders gefallen haben uns die Abende auf dem Balkon mit Blick auf das Bassin, und die moderne Architektur im Viertel und den Sonnenuntergang.

nice location, stylish interior, all home appliances in place.
low ceiling. will not be comfortable for high people. flat was not clean. kettle and washing machine extremely dirty.
