This enchanting condo features a beachy interior, a fully equipped modern kitchen with full-sized appliances, and a private laundry room with a full-sized washer/dryer. There are also beach toys and pool accessories for added fun!
Enjoy downtime in the spacious living room with comfortable furnishings (featuring two hideaway beds) and a huge smart TV to catch up on your favorite shows! The comfortable bedroom with a king-size bed is also a great space to unwind. A tiny crib is provided for the little one. Before the day's end, watch the sun's decent and water views on the shaded deck with a nice cocktail, or head downstairs with a book in hand as you lounge by the shared pool. Paradise awaits!

Perfect spot for our family beach getaway! Within walking distance to the beach and awesome pools. The bed was very comfortable as well. Would highly recommend this rental but would suggest using another route and not Vacasa.

This is a wonderful property. Everything was exactly as described and pictured in the listing. The unit is well maintained and when we arrived after a very long day of driving it was spotlessly clean and ready for us. We love staying at Dawn because it's across the seawall from the beach with a crosswalk at a stoplight. So convenient, safe and easy. We loved this unit being so close to the larger pool at the condo complex. Despite it being late June and hot, we never had trouble finding a shady spot by the pool. We truly couldn't recommend this condo more highly.

Easy check in, home had everything we needed. The location by the pool and ocean view was great!

Unfortunately the minute you walk into the unit, it smells very strongly of mold/mildew. This did not dissipate over time and kept waking me up at night. Not knowing the cause really was off-putting. This is a known issue as they attempted to use those air absorbers around the place, but that's not a solve. The unit overall needed a better cleaning as layers of dust were found and a wrapper of a feminine product was behind the nightstand.
Other than that:
- Yes the property is in a great location, easy walk to beach and better pool
- Great view from balcony
- You can hear anyone walking above you
- Carpet was very dingy and bathtub had rust stains.
