The condo was clean and we enjoyed sitting on the porch for meals or reading. We rented bikes for the .8 mile trek to the beach - a bit long to walk if you have chairs & cooler to carry. Parking is very limited at the beach access. Condo lacked curtains in the bedrooms which could block outside light at night. My adult son found the bunk mattresses uncomfortable - he tried both. We've been to 30A for 20+ years - first time staying in Blue Mountain and we enjoyed the central location and shops. Bike rides in either direction on 30A take you to fun areas. The new ice cream and coffee "shoppes" at the Village entry are a short walk away.

The bathrooms were not very clean. The TV's in the den and master bedroom only had one remote that worked the two TV's. A real pain.

I stayed here with my husband of 14 years and my teenage son. We had a good time. The condo was very dirty. There was not even a smell of clean when we entered. We found dried, crusty food on the counters, in the refrigerator, on the blender. There was dried blood on the door facing of the master bathroom. I found a used contact on the floor. The grout in the tile floors looked to have never been cleaned. The bathroom showers were both growing mold. I clean every place prior to unpacking, but this was more cleaning than I have ever had to do before. Everything was in working order and we did not have any maintenance issues, during our stay. We had most of the kitchen equipment we needed to cook, during our stay. The pool and gym were close and we used both. The Condo is on the quieter side of 30A, which we very much appreciated. We did partake in a 30A bike ride, several times while there as well. We would stay in the 30A area, again, but not in the same condo.
